1. What this covers
These terms cover the Vastream applications, the content served at
vastream.co.uk, and the use of both. By using the applications you agree to
these terms.
2. Personal, single-use software
The Vastream applications are personal tools operated by their developer for their own account. They are not offered as a service to the public, they carry no service level commitment, and they may be changed or discontinued at any time.
3. No warranty
The applications are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation. The developer is not liable for loss or damage arising from their use, including loss of email, files, or calendar data.
4. Actions taken on your behalf
The applications can send email, modify documents, change permissions, and create or delete calendar events. The person operating the application is responsible for reviewing and for the consequences of any action the application performs on their account.
5. Google API terms apply
Use of the Google data these applications access is governed by the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Where these terms and Google’s policies conflict, Google’s policies prevail.
6. Acceptable use
The applications must not be used to access any Google account other than the operator’s own, to scrape or harvest other people’s data, or to do anything that would breach Google’s policies or applicable law in the Isle of Man or elsewhere.
7. Third-party content
This domain links to sites it does not operate, notably lynnbryant.co.uk. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
